Manifesto

In my opinion this stage that is finalizing from school is the most important one,becuase it help us to mature a lot and understand what things are good for us and to make good decision towards the options that life give to ourselves. The basic information that we learn during or formation at school is necessary for our personal develops in life.  Any human is capable for influencing up on changing the world, that negative thinking is affecting people. I definitely would like to change about the world is that terrible rivalry that humans have and the envy that affect us. We are here at the earth to help each other, to work in group and enjoy life hundred percent. Believe me if we leaving aside this negative feelings, life is going to be excellent.

I am going to be totally sincerely, the first years from 4 grade to 6 grade I was a complete vague, I did not like doing homework I prefer to lose my time doing better things, like playing Xbox or being at the computer like for 5 hours, losing my time.  While time passes I start to understand the important characteristic of “homework” the main idea and why homework is essential in the process of the student. That is a teacher decide to give you a material for you to practice and learn by yourself and then they explained to you, the process that you are going to complete is great, you are going to develop more senses that definitely are going to help you in the learning process. By the starting of 7 grades I start to put more interest on my homework and reading more about the new topic we were going to start to learn.  These techniques definitely help me a lot,

in my trajectory at High School. Something that I am very happy to learn to do is to prepare before things, because in this new phase at the university this is how they work and the student need to couple.

My inspiration, motivation and dreams are all focus on one concrete idea and is to reach the person I dream all my life, an important person capable to take my own decisions and success. Never settle with the minimum, maximum always required, and you would see the great results that these would bring for you and your life, great things. A lot of new things that you never have been waiting for. Every human obviously have dreams and what to accomplish, in my situation I am a guy of 17 years old that have a lot of expectations and my principal goal is to be what I like to do. There was a time that my dreams and goals were many and wanted to fulfill each one of them hundred percent. But I have to be aware that I can only do the things I enjoy doing and born me, because at that moment I will perform all activities because I want to and not because it touches me or forced me to do it.

I consider myself a person who really meets their personal goals to always hundred percent. If I intend to perform some activity to make it not end until this perfectly made. I love to help people, very young I have been part of social work groups to collaborate to people who really need accomplish-and we can provide the help that is great for them. Always dream about the greatest thing that's my main goal. As my parents taught me to dream big, because the proposed little bit true. I consider myself a person who always no matter the situation I want everything to conclude well and perfect and give the best of myself.

In the future I want to be an Administrative Physicians and be able to manage a company, take great decisions and that all persons who are to be taken care service leave satisfied. I am aware and have been studying a lot about health services and the main problems addressed in this moment. It is a global problem and that I am quite interested in finding an answer to this question. It is the next as a procedure performed to achieve as much as the patient, surgeon, administrative party is satisfied with the service? It is a big problem because there will be always someone unhappy with the procedure, fact or process any situation.

I consider myself a very warlike person because I'm a children of 17 years old I a am already focused on understanding the problem related to the medicine and on my senior project practicum and present a solution on it, so in the future if I have the opportunity to lead a entire hospital I would directly help people and this would be great. I really I thank God for the opportunity he gave me to study in this school for 10 years. Meet these teachers with so much experience and they taught me is unique, infinite thanks. Ms.Sierra really taught me to understand the importance and how to put interest in readings starting from a document up to a book and would really appreciate it from my heart.

I feel fulfilled and happy to have had the opportunity to know about Nelson Mandela is an idol for me and I respect that, spent years and years in jail unjustly and was the one who first fought for blacks in South Africa and through sport wanted to achieve a bond between the races. Nelson Mandela said " Education is the most Powerful which you

can use weapon to change the world " This quote is really important because Mandela is referring to that education is essential to humans and to succeed and be someone in life

have to have a basis for training and this helps me to make a connection with my theme about the importance of the study and how happy I am that I'm already eve of graduation.

During my trajectory in 12 grade  I read a great book called Mandela "No Easy Walt To Freedom" this book much helped me strengthen me as a person and understand many of the benefits that I have in my life and the blessings that God has commanded me. Mandela says “It always seems impossible until it's done.”This quotes I also use it in my words for the yearbook, I filled a lot as a person this book is one of the few books I actually have read. I love that quote Mandela we do because we want to understand that in life nothing is impossible, we are able to accomplish any goal we propose. Never give up too, because as Mandela says everything looks impossible until you've done.

To conclude this writing is a pleasure for me to make a memory of how I've changed as a person, matured and learned a lot over the years that have passed. Thanks to my parents, teachers and all those who really in this process have always helped me and I have to be honest these bases are the key to success in life.

Ligth Conspirancy

The production of manufactuary is increasing a lot,they limits what they wanted to do. They have a basic and concrete idea that is to increase and make more and more money each time. The controlling of their systems is totally important because is the only way that they make sure that things are going rigth and they are not going to have future problems with the production.Comparing there production is totally importante because is the only way that they are going to improve there systems.There idea is definetly clear that they wanted to receive each time money and never get slow at there production is there important idea. The inventor makes a los of work during this procces he is the one that is incharge of creating new ways and convince people of new ideas.

The technology is essential for them because the only way they work is by increasing the production by the technology .Economic is obviusly moving on people they are depending a lot of the procces that happens towards the economy. Something very incredible was the depression that people need to suffer at 1929 that the economy suffer a lot,the country start to get down totally. The products were very expensive and people would suffer a lot for the purchase of the products.

In conclusion planned obsolescence is designed to make people purchase more and more

FOUR HORSEMEN

The Four Horsemen is a great explanation up on how people need to suffer and really adapt to the situation that they were passing through.Something very intersting and very realistic is that never start a war is a good idea. The results from a war are only deads,problems,figths and suffering moments,the only basic idea from any war is to kill the rival or the group of persons that do not agree towards new ideas or systems.  By this illustration they explain to ud that the Desnoyers family are passing by this terrible situation and they do not want to face this war,they want obviusly to avoid it. The family was composed by the father a retired rancher,his Argentinean wife,and their two children. The Desyoners family  realize that  such a war can be bad for their family or their country. This is a great example of how a big situation most affect the entire country regardless of your situation. They decied to support this prediction because placing in the position of the family they only have time for decied the best to there family,they do not care about any extra effort they most make.The safety from there family is the only important point in this case. Definetly I pray to god that never go over this situation or something related to. The implications are a lot of them,my life would be at risk,the people I love also would be very scare,because in any time we may lose or life.Concluding the plot the Desnoyers family decied to move to  Paris and looking forward to their own deaths. Their daughter, at the same time, feels deep relief that her husband is not one of the fallen and looks forward to their future together.This is a great solution because what you always would like is to be smooth and in love with the people you care. In my personal opinion this is a great film,because always families at any time in their lifes are going  through pass difficult times,and they most important idea is to be unique and never lose faith and hope that things are going to be better. 

COLOMBIAN MONETARY SYSTEM

The peso has been the currency of Colombia since years of time, the dollar has been the one from USA. There are a lot of different between the colombian peso and the dollar, the dollar have this sign $ but with onli 1 line and the peso is constructed with two lines. Controlling the GPD growth is definetly the best way to achieve sustained growth rate that would general improve the population quality of life.Instead if  the economy does not control  the procces they most face problems or crisis with the economy. The main policies that the Banco de Republica has is to "governed by an inflation targeting scheme whose purpose is to maintain a low and stable rate of inflation, and achieve output growth in line with the potential capacity of the economy". This help us to understand that the main objectives of monetary policy is related to the goal of price stability with maximum sustainable growth and employment with the citizens. If all of the goal are in a good range the objective are totally compatible. 

The decision that influence the economy are based up on analysis of the current state and the goals of the economy. In my opinion this is a great way,because this help clearly the people incharge of the systems to know if things are going totally well or not. There are very high expectations of risk that the inflation deviates from the target in the time horizon in which this policy operates. Finalizing the monetary system is great because how you understand it contributes to ensure prices and mantain them in a good way so people are no more getting affected. The opposite side of the situation is when it appers a big increment because it would apper definetly extra expenses that would directly affect the prices.

FRACTIONAL RESERVE BANKING

The bank is a critical system towards tiem. Money=debt, always if you decide to give a certain percent of money to the bank you need to understand that at the final of the procces you are going to deber o ver 5 percent more to the bank and you need to respond for it. If you se demora un cierto time for pay your deuda, the bank wont care and they would doblen each time more the money you must pay to them. Its stremely important that you have the entire control of all your cuentas , so your are not going to be un troubles out by the time succes. The  bank retains reserves in an amount equal to only a portion of the amount of its customers' deposits to satisfy potential demands. The bank idea is to increase each time better the quantity of money the receive each moment a person decide to use them help. The bank prefer and are the frist ones intersted up if you decide to ask for a lending,because they are totally sure that they are finally earning and reciving more than what they just lent to the person.

Fractional Reserve Banking is the current form of banking in all countries.It work like this the consumer deposits any percent of money,and the key is that in that direct moment the money is no more of them,it have a new owner that is the bank. The bank situation is know controliling all the processes because each consumer that  enters to that deal,they must respond to all the bank restrictions and agreements. In conclusion the bank is the center of control of the economic systems,because it move totally around them and the decisions are taken only with there permision. How we have understood the  banking determines the relationship between the amount of central money in the official money statics and the total money supply. The big diference that all and the most of the money towards this systems is commercial bank money. 

Economic Hit man and Food Inc comparison

The food issue is know affecting thousond of different people,how I just descibre in my last post people are reciving a bad nutrition since they are not able to buy certain of good food they want to,independently of the different cases,if they are economic,social ,racial etc. There is an important relation between the food inc and the economic Hit man. Economic Hit man refers to the " function  to convince the political and financial leadership of underdeveloped countries to accept enormous development loans from institutions".  This describe that  diverse of campaing very entering to be part of groups that will help each other but realizing a big loan of money towards the agreement.  Having this connections or giving the opportunity to other countries enter to ours and start to selling there products or to just start a new business here they are not given the opportunity to the "poor" comunity that give there entire effort working up on doing the food crop because they bring the food from other places and they sale them here more cheaper so people have decied to buy that stuff and the original one,the most nutritious to yourslef goes directly to a background.

Understangin that the variety of factors,as the poverty food insecurity and the people with a low income are more susceptible to obesity. Know people have decied to visit the markets and start getting cheap food that is good for you,that is great. I have made an investigation that helps me with the relation to my theme and I am 100% sure this information is quiet good because last week my social studies teacher,told us a great life experince,obtainig great food ,cheap,and healthy for your body and life. Related to the fruit side that is totally good for every human body we have the "Apples: $1.39 per pound ,Bananas 48 cents per pound and Grapes:$1.86 per pound ". Know the protein system "Chicken breasts: $5.99 per 3-pound bag (49 cents per serving,Natural peanut butter: $3.39 for 16 ounces (42 cents per serving), Canned beans: 84 cents for 15 ounces (22 cents per serving),Eggs: $1.99 for a dozen large (17 cents per serving) ,Dried lentils: $1.35 per pound (14 cents per serving)and the  Almonds: $8 per pound (50 cents per serving).

In conclusion there are a lot of great nutriment that you are able to buy and not inverting a lot of your money,this is a great food and is definetly salubrious for humans. The Economic Hit Man is affecting a lot the food inc and people are the most affected ones because they are getting the control of an entire country,and they need to couple coupled to the situation in which they are passing throw

FOOD INC IS ESSENTIAL FOR HUMANS

Food is definetly an important issues at the entire world. People are know adaptating to the different situations that the life most need to give to them. People with bad income during there life they have not the opportunity to decide what things they are able to buy and are well to consume up no there life. This issue afect directly the económic side because the decision of the head of family up deciting what is good for your family and what are you able to buy for them. because your economic wage is not the best one you need to accomodate to the salary and the situation the family is passing throw.

The food is essential for every human. People depend out of the food because is the motor for them to live and enjoy your life.I will like to realize a great connection related to the film we watch that is " Mc.Donald"s the meat industry and chickens" because in this film we have a critical example of how a entire family needs to feed there kids and them self and the only solution for them is to get the most cheap food no matter how bad it was. When they have the opportunity to go and to mark they have not the opportunity to select the dependent fruit or vegetables they wanted to. Pitifully they buy only what there budget gives them to,the wrong idea and significance of doing this is becuase if you need to realize any diet you will not be abel to buy what you wanted to,you are going only to get the things you may buy,not caring if they are good or bad to yourself,you need to feed. 

Finalizing  we need to understand that food is so important and necessary to the human  becuase it provides the necessary nutrients for getting the requied energy that every person uses up on daily activities,for growthing and the most important process they help the cell to function perfeclty.

Perkins define that the Economic Hit Men as "highly paid professionals who cheat countries around the globe out of trillions of dollars". (Perkins).This is an important perspective related to equality and why some people are doing wrong and misleading Perkins considered his self as a "Economic Hit man" the main idea towards his job is to convince different amounts of countris to accept big amounts of loans.  This is a terrible procces because the countries that get involved on the agreements are not totalty sure of the responsibility and debt they just start.  The important idea that each campaing decied to complete was to really be sure that they have the commitment and they definetly are going to conclude at the US corporations. A big religional consequence most go on when there is a division up on two groups of different believes that also must support any side they thing is the best one for enjoying a quiet life. The countries are the most affected in this point if you start to seen it by this side,that any decision would directly go to the countrie and they need to face the different arrangement they conclude.

After two weeks of delay, caused by Republicans playing politics, the Senate has cleared the cloture hurdle for a Ukraine aid bill, 78-17. In addition to providing assistance to Ukraine and sanctioning Russia for its invasion of Crimea, the bill includes some IMF reform that has proved controversial with Republicans.

Ukrainian troops have been encircled by pro-Russian forces in their bases for days With Russian forces positioned threateningly on the Ukrainian border, lawmakers are blaming one another for slowing Washington’s response to the crisis.Most Senate Democrats, joined by the White House and a handful of Republicans, want to include the IMF reforms while most Republicans in the House and Senate oppose doing so.Democrats argue the IMF reforms belong in the bill because they would allow the international bank to lend more money to the cash-strapped new Ukrainian government. Republicans say they want to handle the IMF matter in a separate bill they can fully debate and amend.Significantly, the IMF reforms are not included in a new bill that the Republican-controlled House could vote on this week.

This is a big percentage for a decision that need the opinion from the citizens. The voting has put the United States and Russia on the kind of collision course not seen since the end of the Cold War.

 European nations and the United States have announced some targeted punishments against Russia and have threatened tougher sanctions if the secession vote goes through.Kicking off the polling in a prerecorded statement, Crimea's Prime Minister Sergey Aksyonov called on the residents of Crimea to cast their vote "independent of nationalism and disintegration."

 In conclusion this event really impressed me, because to make a decision is taken in the wake of the opinion of the citizens. In this case is quite high percentage are almost 100% in 93% of citizens who want to make that junction. Now they have to conclude whether or not it is quite convenient to both countries unite and work together from now on.

I am a young boy of 17 years old that have experinced a lot of different  succes during my life. Definetly this succes are not going to be the only ones that are going to happen in my life,I have a lot of new experince to learn and difficult moments to life also great moments. Race  will not determine you, you, you will be determined to root for your our actions you make or how you develop in your life that determines you really how you are not your race. No matter if you're black or white, every human  have the same rights as well as to study, work, live, vote and so on.People are acting badly when they decide to treat people by their skin color.

 The discrimantion is a terrible huge global problem and really affects the person receiving such discrimination.In the world there is no classification of privileges depending on whether you are black or white or any other race. The most important thing in our world is equal and that is important to every society in the world. Whether the blacks and whites have the same privileges.It's very different than other people to have more power or privileges but because these people have worked hard throughout their lives and have formed very well, so they are where they really wanted to. 

I considered my self as a black person,I am part of the "black" society in the world. Here in Colombia we are called as a Afro Cololmbians,because regardless of the skin color relation with  the  black people from africa many years ago.

Lemon Tree Reflection

Salma  is a old widow from a Palestinian village who lives next to the border between Israel and the West Bank.Salma's husband died ten years ago of a heart attack, his son live in America at Washignton DC.She has inherited a lemon grove planted by her father 50 years ago. Salma take care a lot of this lemon trees and this is the main conflict that emphasizes the plot of the movie,because Salma see the trees and encounter a lot of  feelings which is why they tend them with love and care and fight until the final for them. The problem start to go ahead when the Israeli Defense minister, moves into a new house along with his wife Mira and its located near to Salma Lemon trees.Salama decides to challenge the military decision in Israeli courts. Determined not to lose her trees.Mira the wife of the minister understood that  her charismatic husband is having an affair with a young woman and she has given up hope that he will ever change. As time goes on, she observes Salma courage and independence in the face of power and prejudice.Finnaly it came the day and they went to decide at the court what whould happend with the lemon tree,they decide to cut they until a certain of size,but it definetly affect Salma.This great movie teach us about the conflict that the situation during that period of time was totally hard and difficult to have  a normal life. People were suffering because all of the entire disagreements they were not able to have a power of influence up on changing the final decision or ideas. 

Conflict Connection

The Palestine and Israel is a terrible and serius conflict that is over a century old,and mixes everthing from nationalism to religion.There have been 5 wars over this tiny land since 1948.The have been at least 9 multi nation peace talks to resolve the conflict,all of which have failed. Both sides the Israelis and Palestinians want the land,this is a serious and big problem.

In this article I agrre a lot with Massoud point because the is a critical conflict that is really affecting people and they are suffering with those succes.The conventional wisdom is that, even if both sides are at fault, the Palestinians are irrational “terrorists” who have no point of view worth listening to. The problem of racism and hatred is one that affects people in every country. In too many places, people are taught to hate based on religion, caste, color, disability, sexual orientation or ethnic origin. In this opportunity I am going to emphasis in the racial discrimination in soccer, this problem continues very active. Football is a sport which is loved by many of us through the whole world, but unfortunately some matches finish with shameful racial attacks which make sport worse and worse. The number of advertising campaigns in sport, which promotes anti-racist views, is notably big. Historically, TV did not provide equal success of African-American sportsmen in their achievement. Sport, besides its great action combined in performance, involves racism which is expressed by supporters in order to offend a player; however, with the high illumination of anti-racist movements, the problem diminishes, thus, media uses sport as an ultimate tool to eradicate racial attacks not merely from the sport, but from the society as well. In soccer there have been a lot of great campaigns for stopping racism, the result for this great idea have not conclude with the best one.  Pitifully the people that visit the stadium are not conscious of the real feelings that a person felt when they are discriminated. They continue yelling racial words to the soccer players. In conclusion this world conflict need to stop right know because the soccer players are humans and humans really fell badly when they receive this ugly discrimination. 

Syria

                Syrian civil war, has led nearly two million Syrians to flee their country. A lot of human rights have been violated. A lot of human lives have been lost from the conflict between the government and the rebel forces.  This is a seriously crisis that is affecting the Syrian people in a lot of ways, this is terrible.

           

This awful war that is occurring at Syria is definitely having drastic solutions. The government has disconnected all internet connections in a lot of towns. The majority of the crimes going on Syria are not accessed by other people as there is no communication with outside world. They are starting up on using brutal techniques and live ammunition so people really fell the success and situation, people are dying.

          

  The violence is escalating everyday as the president has vowed not to resign as requested by the rebels. Many people from Syria are escaping to the neighboring countries because they are experimenting a terrible incident. People are getting tortured, killed or in imprisoned and the situation is going harder as time success. The president has continued denying being involved in the massacre of civilians and placing on armed groups.

           

In conclusion Syria needs a big help right know, these need to stop because there have been a lot of people affect. Great news have been published related with the help that the president is giving to help the  refuges as they are increasing daily, and is now allowing humanitarian activities to its civilians.
